The Executive Director of the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park says the site is “going through a transition phase.”
Dr. Katherine Albion said a number of tenants adopted a hybrid work-from-home model, or graduated to establish their own sites, freeing up space at the Modeland Road research park.
“We do have some beautiful office spaces available right now and we have many opportunities for our tenants to come and enjoy the benefits that the research park has to offer to help their companies grow,” said Albion.
